Our Head Brewer Mitch recently returned from Hallertau, Germany, the world’s largest hop-growing region!
Hosted by our longtime partner Lupex GmbH, he got to walk the fields, see how hops are grown and handled, and meet the people who pour care and passion into every plant. Every hop has a story, shaped by the land, the season, and the hands that nurture it.
Back at the brewery, those lessons guide how we refine our recipes and keep every beer tasting just right. It is all about care, precision, and turning great ingredients into great beer.

And this year, that passion paid off again. Brewerkz is officially Singapore Country Champion at the Asia Beer Championship 2025 for the fourth time.
It’s a big reminder of how far brewing in Singapore has come and how much more there is to discover. Here’s what we brought home this year:
