Eight breweries with lots of ideas came together for Beyond The Circuit, our tropical lager made as a team.
This project was all about collaboration, sharing what we know, and putting our best brews forward. The race track may be for the drivers, but we found our own way to celebrate the season through great beer.
From brainstorming sessions to cans rolling off the line, every step reminded us why we love craft beer and the people behind it.

On canning day at the brewery, Beyond The Circuit was captured at its freshest.
Empty cans with our unique circuit design rolled down the line before the beer flowed straight from the tank. Lids snapped on, seals locked tight, and our brewers kept a close watch to ensure every can was just right.
The best part came when a can was opened for the first taste. The lager poured a clear golden-yellow, bursting with passionfruit purée, zesty lime, and a hint of pine. With smooth jasmine rice, it finished clean and refreshing, carrying race-week energy in every sip.

Last Tuesday, we came together for the Beyond The Circuit media launch, celebrating a first-of-its-kind collaboration between 8 local breweries.
The night kicked off with a panel where brewers shared the story and vision behind this tropical lager, sparking lively conversations with industry friends and media.
After the panel, guests enjoyed a beer flight featuring Beyond The Circuit alongside all the other breweries’ creations, each one now available on tap this race season. Everyone got to taste the creativity, passion, and personality behind each brew — a true showcase of Singapore’s craft beer scene coming together.

When we thought about how to celebrate Oktoberfest this year, we wanted to do more than just introducing a new beer. Instead, we wanted a platter that captured the warmth of the season: generous, hearty, and made for sharing.
That’s how our Oktoberfest Platter ($68++) came to be. Expect tender oatmeal stout braised oxtail, grilled sausages with wholegrain mustard, German potato salad with earthy morel mushrooms, mini pretzels with creamy Obatzda, crispy salt & pepper corn ribs, and roasted lemongrass chicken with gingerflower.
