4. We will hold your reservation for 15 mins. After that, it will be deemed as a no-show and your table will be released.

Seating allocation:
Please note that all seats are allocated based on a first-reserved-first-assigned basis automatically by the system. We will not be able to entertain your request for change of seats. Only even-numbered group size reservations available.
Wet weather:
In the event of heavy rain, please note that some rain may get in even though our alfresco seating is sheltered. If you book a Bayside or Alfresco seat we will not be able to move you to a sheltered table should it start raining during the duration of your booking. Please bring along umbrellas and raincoats as a preventive measure.
