In partnership with Sentosa GrillFest 2019, Brewerkz launched a limited-edition craft beer brewed specially for the event. The creation was a crystal-bright, light-bodied Siloso Saison Blanc that offered a smooth, malty and slightly sweet taste and a refreshingly dry finish. The event-exclusive craft beer was a nod to sunny beachside fun and a perfect beverage to go with the delectable roasted treats at the event.
The Siloso Saison Blanc was a hit among visitors, who paired the refreshing brew with our best-selling Kombu Truffle Fries and brand-new menu item, Grilled Lamb Short Ribs. Families and friends alike enjoyed the beachside views to go along with their delicious Brewerkz experience.
