Brewerkz rings in the holiday season launching an event-exclusive bespoke craft brew this Christmas. The innovative local craft brewery returns to the sixth edition of Singapore’s most popular year-end event, Christmas Wonderland, as its official beer partner, presenting the Brewerkz Mistletoe Kiss White Beer. The handcrafted wheat beer was created just for the occasion and is named after the age-old tradition of kissing under the mistletoe.
“Christmas is a time for love. Whether the holidays are spent with friends, family or loved ones, there is nothing that draws people together like beer,” says Tan Wee Han, Owner and CEO of Brewerkz. “For centuries, the mistletoe has been a symbol of love associated with the popular holiday tradition. That is why the Mistletoe Kiss was brewed with love, and we hope that with each sip, the drink recalls happy and loving memories for everyone.”
The Mistletoe Kiss White Beer is a Bavarian-style wheat beer that bears a rounded bready flavour and a light and well-balanced texture. The sessionable beer features a refreshing plexus of cloves, vanilla and banana, brewed to conjure the familiarity and warmth of Christmas
celebrations.
The limited-edition beer, along with several of Brewerkz’s award-winning craft brews, will be available both on taps and in 330ml cans exclusively at Christmas Wonderland and is sold from S$10 each at the onsite Brewerkz bar, food booths and retail points. Brewerkz craft beers will be the only beer beverage available at the event.
The easy-drinking craft beer pours with a natural cloudy haze and is a refreshing accompaniment for guests soaking up the festive atmosphere at Christmas Wonderland. The Brewerkz kitchen will also be offering festive treats with a unique (and cheeky) twist such as the Christmas Turkey Burger with Fries, Snowy Truffle Fries and Reindeer Pulled Pork Wrap with Waffle Fries.
The Brewerkz Mistletoe Kiss White Beer is the second in the series of event-exclusive craft beers, following the crowd-favourite Siloso Saison Blanc earlier this July. As Singapore’s longest-running craft brewery, the brewery constantly welcomes like-minded brands to join them in creating their own craft beer experience.
Christmas Wonderland will take place from 29 November to 26 December 2019 at Gardens by the Bay and showcases brand-new event highlights such as the Christmas Parade, an immersive Santa’s Workshop, theatrical productions and more three-dimensional light installations.
