Our food is a melting pot of modern European, classic American and Asian favourites. We focus on flavors infused with local touches, bringing it together via seasonal and sustainable produce. Our dishes are infused with craft beer and brewers’ spent grain for that extra flavour, texture and oomph.

OUR CHEF

Chef Seow Tzi Qin (TQ) is Group Executive Chef at the Brewerkz group of restaurants and Café Iguana.

Trained in French, Spanish and Chinese culinary techniques, with years of diverse experience in Singapore’s top kitchens such as Les Amis, Le Saint Julien, 1919 Waterboat House at Fullerton, Chef TQ brings incredible breadth and depth to the kitchen, with dishes that are both delectable and multi-dimensional.
