Based on one of Singaporeans’ favourite phrases, the Hokkien term “Gao” means heavy, while “Siew Dai” indicates less sweet. Heavy on the passion, light on the palate – this beer is created as a tribute to Singapore’s passionate hawkers, chefs and drink artists. These are the people that make us the culinary nation we are today.
This fruity and hazy IPA bears flavours of passionfruit and mango, and finishes in an explosion of bitter, sweet and sour flavours.
Passion Gao Siew Dai is the Official Craft Beer of Singapore Food Festival 2020, and perfectly represents our tropical Singapore, the complexity of our culinary scene and our country's passion for food. Enjoy!
