Pte. Ltd. Food & Drinks Group is one of Singapore’s
most popular and dynamic restaurant organizations.
Originally called Brewerkz Singapore Pte Ltd in 1996,
the current name is intended to reflect that the company
has grown from being a single concept to an operation
that currently includes Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery,
serving American-style favorites and a range of 12 beers
brewed on-site, Café Iguana, a Mexican cantina
that has great food, 120 tequilas all 100% agave and
mezcals, and Garage, a private dining venue that features the cuisine of Chef Tim Ross-Watson and the expertise of sommeliers.
The group was originally the brain-child of US-born
Devin Otto Kimble and Chilean Daniel E. Flores who opened
Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery in 1997. The
175 seat Café Iguana came on the scene in 2000
and was followed by WineGarage, which has 140 seats,
in 2005. Brewerkz Bar & Grill, which opened in August
2007 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, seats 250 patrons
and features a wood burning pizza oven and a fantastic
river-front location.
