Brewerkz, an internationally respected operator of restaurants and microbreweries, is one of the region’s largest craft brewers. Since 1997, the concept specializes in classic American styled food and award winning handcrafted beers. Founded in Singapore, the establishment was the brain-child of American born Mr Devin Otto Kimble and Daniel Flores.
The design of all Brewerkz restaurants are strategic with creative and attractive designs that exude a sporty, masculine and industrial feel. Guests can engage in conversation with a pint in hand along corrugated zinc decked bars. For that industrial loft feel, colors of blue and grey or silver are used extensively throughout the premises. Finally, to ensure an inviting environment and relaxing atmosphere, wood and appropriate mood lighting are added. From day one, Brewerkz was serious about serving classic, handmade and fresh American-styled food, served in generous portions. With a variety of over 14 appetizers, guests can pair these bar nibbles with a pint of handcrafted beer. Amongst them are much favorited Buffalo Wings (coated in our authentic Buffalo hot sauce), Nachos, Classic Chili Cheese Fries, Tasmanian Mussels and Chipotle Pork Belly Satay.
Brewerkz made-from-scratch pizzas are thinly crusted allowing guests to hold a slice in one hand and a beverage in the other. Our pizzas are rolled from all-natural dough on either a red tomato sauce base or a white garlic, oregano and olive oil base topped with 100% pure fresh mozzarella cheese. The playfully named ‘3 Little Pigs’ pizza is highly raved about – served with pulled pork, bacon and fennel sausages.
With a focus on handcrafted gourmet burgers, Brewerkz has a selection of over 10 kinds to choose from including the Cowboy, El Mexicano, Bistro and Brewhouse Build Your Own Burger. Every patty is hand- formed with a blend of New Zealand Black Angus beef and seasoning. For a depth of flavor that when combined with cheese, crispy bacon, sautéed mushrooms, onions and other accompaniments, makes for seriously a good bite.
Further excite your senses over a more hearty meal from our Main Course offerings! Our chefs recommend the juicy Baby Back ribs - glazed in BBQ sauce, oven baked till crispy Pork Knuckle and Southern Fried chicken. A group of 4 friends could also consider 3 Big Pigs. As the name suggests, it is a generous delight made up of Kielbasa sausages, Baby Back Ribs and Pork Knuckle. Perfect for sharing!
Kids have their very own selection off the Brewerkz Kids’ Menu. At only $14++, young ones under 12 years old can enjoy a main course choice of a Burger, Pizza, Spaghetti, Chicken Fingers or Fish & Chips. The meal includes a scoop of ice cream and a soda.
Brewerkz has carved out this new hearty menu in November 2014, with a refreshed and revamped look including a selection of newly added menu items such as Southern Fried Chicken, Mushroom Linguine, Great Southern Chicken burger and the Chicken Sub sandwich. This affordable and varietal menu provides guests with an opportunity to visit multiple times a week.

Brewerkz is committed to making high quality craft beer that embodies the spirit and flavour of traditional brewing. Since 2004 Brewerkz has received an impressive number of awards: eight Australian Beer awards, three Singapore Asia Beer awards, and most impressively a World Beer Cup medal for best English Style IPA.
Brewerkz produces six signature beers and has created more than 50 different seasonal brews over its history, serving 13 different brews on tap at any point in time. The beer styles range from the light and refreshing Golden Ale to a full-bodied award winning XIPA and a dark and hearty Oatmeal Stout.

The most notable attraction at Brewerkz Riverside Point is the distinctly featured custom-made microbrewery built in Canada. Together with a state-of-the-art external brewing premise at Kampong Ampat, Brewerkz brews up to 4000hL (800,000 pints) of beer per annum. Served on tap or in bottles, these brews are available at all Brewerkz restaurants in Singapore and Indonesia, Café Iguana and other restaurants and lounges in Singapore.
